Refund & Cancellation Policy
How bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling work — explained simply, then in detail.

The short version
Sessions are booked and paid for in advance. Once booked, your slot is held exclusively for you. You get one rescheduling opportunity per booking, and any request to reschedule or cancel must be made at least 48 hours before your session. Requests inside that window will not be accepted.
If you request a cancellation, the refund amount is determined by the admin on a case-by-case basis — it is not automatically the full session fee. Once the admin approves a refund, the amount is credited to your wallet on this platform. We do not refund to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
Wallet credits have no expiry and can be used toward any future purchase on The Medha Channel.

1. Booking and Payment
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the booking system on this website. Once payment is confirmed, your session slot is reserved for you and is no longer available to other clients.
By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Rescheduling by the Client
Each booking includes one rescheduling opportunity. Once that opportunity has been used, no further rescheduling will be offered for the same booking.
To use your reschedule, you must contact us at hello@themedhachannel.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled session time. Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the session will not be accommodated, and the session will be considered forfeited.
Rescheduling is subject to availability of suitable slots.
3. Cancellation by the Client
You may request a cancellation by emailing hello@themedhachannel.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the session will not be accepted, and the session will be considered forfeited with no refund.
When a cancellation request is received and found eligible, the refund amount is determined by the admin on a case-by-case basis. The full session fee is not automatically refunded — the approved amount may be a partial or full credit, depending on the circumstances.
Once the admin reviews and approves your request, the refund will be credited to your wallet on this platform. You will receive a notification once the credit is added to your account.
4. Cancellation by The Medha Channel
If a session is cancelled by us for any reason — illness, personal emergency, or unforeseen circumstances — you will be offered one of the following:
- A reschedule to a mutually convenient time at no additional cost, or
- A full credit of the session fee to your wallet
You may choose whichever option you prefer. Credits are added to your wallet immediately upon processing.
5. No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not contacted us at least 48 hours in advance, the session is considered forfeited. No refund or rescheduling will be offered.
If you join significantly late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The remaining time will not be extended or rescheduled.
6. Technical Issues During a Session
In the event of a technical failure (internet outage, platform malfunction, audio or video issues) that prevents the full session from being completed:
- If the issue is on our side, the session will be rescheduled to complete the remaining time, with an additional 10 minutes added at no cost.
- If the issue is on the client's side, a reschedule may be offered at the admin's discretion, depending on how much of the session was completed.
In either case, please email hello@themedhachannel.com within 24 hours of the affected session.
7. Refund Processing
All approved refunds are issued exclusively as wallet credits added to your account on The Medha Channel platform. We do not process refunds to the original payment method — this includes credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, or any other payment instrument used at the time of purchase.
You can view your wallet balance and transaction history in the Wallet section of your user dashboard. Credits appear there as soon as the admin approves your refund request, and you will receive an email confirmation.
Wallet credits carry no expiry and can be used toward any future purchase on the platform, including services, masterclasses, workshops, and digital products.
8. Disputes
If you have a concern about a refund decision or any aspect of this policy, please email hello@themedhachannel.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most concerns can be resolved directly within a few business days.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter directly may result in suspension of future booking privileges.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated periodically. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. The version of the policy in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
